Quality Assurance
We had a great panel discussion with Chris Raio and Raj Geria on the importance of a Quality Assurance program. Topics covered included setting up and running a successful quality assurance program, how QA/QI is integral from a quality, safety, education, and risk management perspective, and reviewed best practices in workflow and documentation. Several real world cases and scenarios were reviewed with an excellent discussion by our panel and audience.
